The guided hike on the Nez Cass\u00e9 is very challenging, with vertiginous passages as you walk over hanging tree roots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A hike in the heart of the National Park<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our starting point: the Beausoleil picnic area in Saint-Claude, in the heart of the Guadeloupe National Park, amidst the tall trees of the tropical forest: acomat, white gum, yellow paletuviers... We're right under the Soufri\u00e8re volcano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We'll be skirting the Canal Pelletier before tackling the vertiginous ascent of the Nez Cass\u00e9 and discovering a different Guadeloupe. When the weather's fine, we have a view of the Soufri\u00e8re volcano and southern Basse-Terre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
