Trekking sports in the footsteps of the trade winds with Vert Intense. An extraordinary journey reserved for hikers!

Basse-Terre is covered with the most beautiful forests in the Caribbean. We suggest below the cross in the South-North direction.

Trekking through Alizés guadeloupe the track of all Basse-Terre. The track takes the ridges of the upper part of the island. This way offers extreme conditions to all who seek adventure. Some shelters maintained by the National Park mark the trace. Although very basic, they offer comfort popular with hikers. This sporting experience is in four days in total autonomy, the markup of the trace is more summary than shelters and maintenance do not talk about. A raid physical tropical conditions turn into a self-transcendence. For hikers only.

 

The Program:

Day 1: Meet at 6:00 at our local Green Intense, distribution of materials individually and collectively, check bags each for nothing oublier.Transfert to the starting point in the town of Vieux Fort. First stage of about 8 hours walking. Vieux Fort / Refuge of the tank. 600MD 900MD-1 +

Day 2: Wake up early to 4 hours for one of the most difficult stage of the raid. We will try to go directly home to Trois Crète, a bet not easy. Start at the front, passing over the volcano at sunrise. Second stage of about 12 hours.  1 400MD+ 1 000MD-

Day 3:  Another hard day to get to the refuge of Belle Hostess. Pari still hard, the legs are heavy after the first two days. Wake 4 hours for the third stage of 12 hours. 1 + 1 200MD 400MD-

Day 4: Wake up a little less early morning departure to 7 hours of refuge towards the beach almond trees that marks the end of our journey. Picnic lunch on the beach, back to Saint-Claude Green Intense shuttle. 5 hours walk-150MD 400MD + 1
